Yes, regular consumption of shawarma will affect your mental health because your will get addicted to it, which will cause more harm for you, aside from causing health problems, you will also spend a lot of money to buy it always.

Yes, shawarma is can weak your bone, it consists of sodium, higher consumption of any food that consist higher amount of sodium will weak your bones, then increase your chances of getting osteoporosis or others diseases.
